Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Full-time, 38.5 hours

With its quarries in Klöch and Radlpaß, ALAS Klöch is one of the leading hard stone producers in southern Austria and is known for the highest quality, reliability, and many years of experience in the building materials industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual with strong sales skills.

Your Responsibilities:
Actively supporting and advising existing customers
Acquiring new customers and expanding long-standing business relationships
Preparing and following up on quotes
Conducting price and contract negotiations
Monitoring the market and competition
Working closely with production, scheduling, and the back office
Responsibility for achieving agreed-upon sales targets
Representing the company during customer visits

Your Profile:
Several years of sales experience or several years of industry experience
Confident and professional demeanor
Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel
Commitment to quality and reliability
